Common side effects

Blood pressure. PT-141 can cause a temporary rise in blood pressure after a dose. Do not use more than one dose in 24 hours.

Serious allergic reactions. Get emergency help for swelling of the face, lips, tongue or throat, trouble breathing, or a severe rash.

Sterile use. Use a new syringe for every injection and never share needles. Stop and contact your healthcare provider if an injection site becomes hot, painful or swollen.
